Pre-service Checklist

o It is not necessary for you to be at home for any work we’ll be doing.
o Make sure water is turned on to an outside spigot.
o Make sure all windows are closed and locked.
o Move indoors any cloth patio cushions or other items that you feel may be sensitive to a cleaning solution.
o For any decks or concrete, please remove all contents from the area (clear off decks, remove items from the patio).
o For house washes, move any small potted plants or other portable items (like patio chairs) or hanging items (like wind chimes) away from the home or inside.
o For house washes, unplug any device connected to an exterior outlet on the house and keep it unplugged for 24 hours after we complete the work.
o Park vehicles in the garage or on the street to avoid overspray but leave room (about 30-40 feet) for our truck and trailer to park.
o We usually park in front of the driveway so park any vehicles on the street that you might need to use while we’re there.
o Pick-up any animal yard waste for our safety and protection. 
o For your safety please stay inside while we clean your house. Getting our cleaning solution on you would not be a fun experience. 😃
o If you plan to pay by check and won’t be home, simply place a check under your front mat.
